Accessories have a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee.
The guarantee excludes consumables such as filters. We also cannot guarantee any parts damaged due to faulty installation.
The company GNTGas agrees to exchange any faulty parts within 21 days if they are not currently in stock and immediately available.
Every purchase of an LPG installation comes with a written guarantee, each one stored by GNTGas systems. Exchange of a defective part must be accompanied by a correctly completed guarantee card.
You should present your claim via email.
Parts are usually supplied within 5-7 working days, and in exceptional cases, no longer than 15 working days.
Customers signing the invoice on collection of goods sign to the effect that the items have arrived free from mechanical damage.
